About ICOVO
ICOVO is the first ICO platform in the world that can update a healthy ICO. The essence of the service is DAICOVO's smart contract, based on the DAICO concept, which in January 2018 was supported by the founder Ethereum Vitalik Buterin.
Each country's government promotes regulations to create a healthy environment for OIC, but this is difficult to achieve for homeless ICOs, only using centralized regulation.
We will resolve fraud and reduce project motivation - issues raised by the ICO - through the DAICO decentralization approach.
Given that all ICOs use DAICO, we will also develop DAICOVO open source, which is consistent with the thinking for DAICO.
